Lisa Taguchi is a passionate, authentic leader recognized for building high-performing teams through service-driven leadership. She was featured in USA Today in 2021 as part of one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the nation and believes true leadership is not rooted by authority, but by trust, accountability, and growth. Lisa has served on the Board of Women Health Executives of Northern California and was a 2022 Global Cohort Advisor for Women Leaders for the World, supporting the advancement of women leaders globally. In 2023, she was nominated for the Tribute to Women Awards for her commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community impact.

Rose Torio is a people-centered leader who believes that the strongest relationships drive the most successful recruiting. Known for her ability to calm chaos and build efficient systems, Rose excels at guiding teams through high-pressure environments and complex organizational changes.
Beyond her operational expertise, Rose is a passionate advocate for women in leadership. As a mother and wife who navigates the complexities of a multi-faceted life, she brings a unique perspective on the "juggle"—proving that professional excellence and a thriving personal life aren't mutually exclusive. Rose is dedicated to empowering women re-entering the workforce, offering the encouragement and strategic insight they need to realize they truly can have it all.
